  We enjoyed our stay at Greenwood Park Estate. It is just a short drive to Batemans Bay and the beaches. Great to use as a base to do short day trips up north and down south to see all the attractions the south coast has to offer. Our villa was secluded in a bush setting - great to look out and only hear the birds. The owners are friendly and obliging. They have paid great attention to detail in providing such high quality accommodation. Everything is modern, super clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We had the choice of our own private BBQ on the balcony or the use of the outdoor communal area with even a pizza oven. We'll certainly be back soon!

  The weekend was filled with some really lovely memories- fish and chips, wood fired pizza, long walks on the beach, flying kites on the beach, 4x4 off roading and more. The villa made the perfect home base for a really memorable time away.

  Our luxury villa was very private and surrounded by bushland. The only sounds were the beautiful birds in the treetops....an ideal place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway.

  My wife and I ditched the kids and spent the October long weekend here and had the most wonderful weekend escape. The villas are beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. The surrounding gardens and grounds are beautifully kept which apparently is quite a challenge with the local kangaroo population. There is a BBQ out on the balcony for enjoying the warm evenings, and there is also a park wood fired Pizza Oven that host Phil will crank up for you if you are feeling in an Italian cooking mood.

  Great off road 4wd roads in this area which you can spend all day exploring. Chat to Phil and Kathy about the beat tracks to try out, and take the local maps that are available in your villa. We spent several hours each day 4WD exploring the surrounding national parks and state forests.

  Bedrooms were decorated so that you feel really relaxed when you walked in. Beds were really comfortable with lovely bedding. Bathrooms had walk in showers and were super spacious. Beautiful crisp white bathrobes were in our wardrobes waiting and little slippers!!

  We stayed 4 nights over Easter. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The villas are absolutely beautiful. Everything was really clean and new. Everything worked well, heating, fans, hot water, TV, kitchen electrical applicances. There was a lovely bbq on our verandah for our use. The environment was really relaxing as the villas are surrounded by bushland. So lovely to sit on verandah with a wine and enjoy the evenings.

  If you are a coffee lover my tip is to head for Crumb Cafe in Batehaven or Native in Ulladulla for a pretty fancy breakfast and a great coffee. You are looking at around a 20-30 km drive.

  Hosts Phil and Kathy are extremely welcoming and accomodating, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled. They have a bird feeder which attracts exquisite bird life each morning.

  Pebbly beach road is a short (unsealed) 4km drive through beautiful national forest to a very private little beach. Kangaroos are ridiculously tame!

  A fair way out of town, so you need the car to get anywhere, but otherwise the perfect place to get away with the family for a few days. The villas are essentially brand new and perfectly appointed, and Phil & Kathy are great to deal with.

  Fabulous place to stay. WOW! was our reaction when we walked in the door of our villa.This villa was spacious, bright, immaculately cleaned, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Our queen size bed had beautiful crisp white sheets. We even got slippers and a gown supplied.
